SAQ Training

Youth & Adults Ages 5and Up

MF WIT program is elite sports training program geared for participants with an Whatever It Takes attitude (W.I.T).and a hunger to break the chains of excuse and fatigue. Although we address sport specific movements, we focus on the improvement of the over all athlete by increasing our athletes coordination, stabilization, flexibility, and range of motion.

Participants are engage in drills and scenarios that assist in the increase of speed, power and agility directly translating in there activity of choice.
Our workouts progressively increase while proper execution in our program regimen decrease the chances of injury.

We Customize and design programs for individuals as well as teams (AAU, College, and Pros). Our customized workouts are geared to challenge our participants, while providing information on the hows and why.

Boot Camps

Boot camps are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. All workouts are tailored to meet and increase the skills of the participants.
